Communications Mining 用户指南

使用Exchange 集成，可以将 Microsoft Exchange 邮箱实时同步到 Communications Mining™。这可以完全由 Communications Mining 管理，而您无需进行开发，也可以部署在您自己的环境中。如果您已作为现有数据管道的一部分提取电子邮件，则可以通过API将提取的原始电子邮件同步到 Communications Mining。

可以使用 “Salesforce集成”将 Salesforce 数据实时同步到 Communications Mining™，该集成由 Communications Mining 设置和管理，您无需进行任何开发工作。

任何其他数据都可以通过API批量或实时同步到 Communications Mining™ 中。批量上传的另一个选项是使用 Communications Mining命令行工具（适用于 Linux、Mac 和 Windows）。

用户可以直接在浏览器中将不超过 128 MB 的 CSV 文件上传到 Communications Mining。
