Updating UiPath Process Mining
A version of UiPath Process Mining is called a build. In the Superadmin page, you can upload new builds in the Builds tab. These builds can then be used by the developers.
In this guide, two special builds are described:
- The Superadmin build that is responsible for running the Superadmin interface.
-
The Dispatcher build that is responsible for selecting the right build for the right task.
(i.e. selecting the correct build for a certain project or the correct build for the Superadmin interface)
Follow these steps to update the Superadmin build.
Step |
Action |
---|---|
1 |
Download the installation package to the server. |
2 |
Go to the Builds tab of the Superadmin page of your UiPath Process Mining installation. |
3 |
Click on the menu icon at the top left. • Select Upload build…. • Select the build to upload. • Click on OK. |
4 |
Right click in the list on the build that has been uploaded and select Activate as superadmin. |
See illustration below.
After updating the Superadmin build, the Dispatcher build might become out of date. An outdated Dispatcher build may cause unexpected behavior of your application. If the Dispatcher build is outdated, this will be indicated in the Builds tab.
If the Dispatcher build is marked as OUTDATED, it is recommended to update the Dispatcher build.
You can only update the Dispatcher build to the active Superadmin build.
Go to the Superadmin Status tab of your UiPath Process Mining installation for an overview of all users that are currently logged in.
The Dispatcher build can be updated in the Superadminpage.
Follow these steps to update the Dispatcher build.
