Details - PO Items
The Details - PO items dashboard displays a list of all purchase order items, events or tags, within a selected period, and their attributes.
Displays a list of all purchase order items, within a selected period, and their attributes. Each row represents a purchase order item related to a certain purchase order. See the illustration below.
Displays a list of all events, within a selected period, and their attributes. Each row represents an event related to a purchase order item. See the illustration below.
Displays a list of all tags, within a selected period, and their attributes. Each row represents a tag related to a certain purchase order item. It provides detailed information on the event level. See the illustration below.
Displays the details of one selected purchase order item. It provides an overview of all information related to that purchase order item. See the illustration below.
The context bar at the top of the Details - PO items - Process overview dashboard displays context information and KPI's.

Purchase order type |
The total value of the case. |
Requisitioner |
The name of the person who ordered the goods. |
Creation date |
The date the purchase order item was first created. |
Throughput time |
The throughput time for the case. |
Value (ordered) |
The value of the goods ordered for the purchase order items. |
Quantity (ordered) |
The number of goods ordered for the purchase order items. |
Material |
The material assigned to the purchase order item. |
Material group |
The material group related to the material of the purchase order item. |
Tags |
Any tags that are assigned to the purchase order item. |
By default, the chart displays the throughput time for activities, based on the event end. You can select different attributes from the selector to analyze the throughput time for the purchase order item from a different perspective. You can also extend the chart by adding additional attributes to the chart.
