自 2026 年 6 月 16 日起，统一 IP 范围已发布，必须与旧的按服务 IP 范围一起添加到允许列表中。从 2026 年 9 月 16 日开始，旧版 IP 范围将逐步淘汰。

在 2026 年 9 月 16 日之前：您必须同时在此页面上将旧版按服务 IP 范围和统一 IP 范围列入允许列表。

2026 年 9 月 16 日之后：继续将旧版 IP 范围和统一 IP 范围列入允许列表，直到后续的发行说明确认可以安全删除旧版 IP 范围。

我们在本页面中将“出站 IP 范围”重命名为IP 范围。“出站”描述了 UiPath 端的连接，而不是您的连接 — 这些范围是 UiPath 的连接来源，但从您的防火墙的角度来看，此流量为入站流量。从您的角度来看，域/FQDN 仍然是出站端。有关完整区别，请参阅下方的“概述”部分。

概述​

UiPath 服务需要两种类型的允许列表，具体取决于发起连接的用户：

  • DNS 域允许列表 (FQDN) ：在用户、机器人或本地部署组件连接到 UiPath 时应用。此流量为您网络的出站流量，因此请将这些域添加到防火墙的出站允许列表中。必须始终列入 FQDN 允许列表，而不是 IP，因为 UiPath 的底层基础架构是分布式的。
  • IP 范围（CIDR） ：在 UiPath 连接到您的系统时应用 - 例如，当 Integration Service 调用您的端点时，或 Orchestrator 连接到您的本地部署资源时。从防火墙的角度来看，此流量为入站流量（UiPath 是连接到您网络的流量），因此将相应的 CIDR 块添加到入站允许列表中。

变化内容：以前，每项服务和每个区域的 IP 范围都不同。新模型将每个全局区域统一为一组 IP 范围。所有受影响的服务都在一个区域内共享相同的 IP 范围。

例如，在欧盟区域，一组统一的 IP 范围同时覆盖 Test Cloud Portal、Orchestrator、Integration Service、Apps、Automation Ops、Test Manager、AI Trust Layer 和 Notification Service。

例外：以下服务保留其自己特定于服务的 IP 范围，因此不包含在统一表格中：Insights、IXP 和 Automation Cloud Robot - Serverless。有关其 IP 范围，请参阅服务异常。

如何使用此页面​

要为统一 IP 范围配置防火墙，请执行以下操作：

  1. 确定 UiPath 租户的全局区域和您组织的区域。某些 UiPath 服务功能会继承组织的区域，而不继承租户的区域。如果它们不同，则必须将两者的 IP 范围都列入允许列表。有关组织级别和租户级别服务的更多信息，请参阅全局云区域。如果您的租户或组织迁移到其他区域，请相应地更新您的 IP 范围。
  2. 在“统一 IP 范围”表格中找到您的区域。
  3. 请将您所在区域列出的所有 CIDR 范围添加到防火墙的入站允许列表。
  4. 对于具有特定于服务 IP 范围的服务（Insights、IXP、Serverless），请参阅服务异常。
  5. 有关域允许列表和 IXP 的入站 IP 范围，请参阅此页面上的相关服务部分。

Insights​

IP 范围允许您将日志导出和数据导出功能的 IP 列表添加到允许列表，并且不会向所有外部 IP 开放您的网络。如果 Blob 存储区域对应相应的 Insights 服务区域，则无法使用公共 IP。

限制​

对于日志导出，Google 存储空间不支持入站 IP 限制。

由于 Microsoft 端的日志导出限制，当您的 Azure Blob 存储帐户和 Insights 基础架构位于 Azure 中的同一区域下时，无法设置入站 IP 限制。因此，不能根据 Insights 服务区域将以下区域用于 Blob 存储帐户：

  • Insights US：北欧、美国东部
  • Insights欧洲：北欧、西欧（适用于社区版许可）
  • InsightsUK：北欧、英国南部
  • InsightsCanada：北欧、加拿大中部

Automation Cloud Robot - Serverless​

重要注意事项​

Apps 基于 Blazor 技术开发，该技术可在浏览器中直接处理程序集。若您的网络无法解除所需内容类型的访问限制，Apps 可能无法正常运行，且暂无其他方案可规避此类限制。

Studio Web 中的 Apps 作为替代方案​

Studio Web 中的应用程序采用不同的架构设计，不需要下载 DLL 文件。如果网络限制使您无法使用独立应用程序，请考虑采用 Studio Web 中的应用程序（RPA 应用程序）。此架构消除了对受限内容类型的依赖，确保在受限网络环境中具有更顺畅的兼容性。
