This page lists the IP ranges and fully qualified domain names (FQDNs) required to configure your firewall for Test Cloud. Unified IP ranges are organized by global region and cover affected services uniformly, while service-specific ranges are listed separately.

概述​

UiPath 服务需要两种类型的允许列表，具体取决于发起连接的用户：

  • DNS 域允许列表 (FQDN) ：在用户、机器人或本地部署组件连接到 UiPath 时应用。此流量为您网络的出站流量，因此请将这些域添加到防火墙的出站允许列表中。必须始终列入 FQDN 允许列表，而不是 IP，因为 UiPath 的底层基础架构是分布式的。
  • IP 范围（CIDR） ：在 UiPath 连接到您的系统时应用 - 例如，当 Integration Service 调用您的端点时，或 Orchestrator 连接到您的本地部署资源时。从防火墙的角度来看，此流量为入站流量（UiPath 是连接到您网络的流量），因此将相应的 CIDR 块添加到入站允许列表中。

变化内容：以前，每项服务和每个区域的 IP 范围都不同。新模型将每个全局区域统一为一组 IP 范围。所有受影响的服务都在一个区域内共享相同的 IP 范围。

例如，在欧盟区域，一组统一的 IP 范围同时覆盖 Test Cloud Portal、Orchestrator、Integration Service、Apps、Automation Ops、Test Manager、AI Trust Layer 和 Notification Service。

Exceptions: The following services retain their own service-specific IP ranges and are not covered by the unified table: Document Understanding, Insights, IXP, and Automation Cloud Robots - Serverless. For their IP ranges, see Service-specific IP ranges.

To configure your firewall:

  6. For fully qualified domain names (FQDNs), see Domains. For entries grouped by region, allow the domains listed for the region where your service is deployed. If your organization uses more than one region, allow the domains for each applicable region.

Service-specific IP ranges​

Service-specific IP ranges are exceptions to the unified IP range migration. The unified ranges do not replace them, and firewall configurations must include them separately when the corresponding functionality is used.

Document Understanding​

The service-specific IP range for Document Understanding in the Global region is the Cloudflare range 104.16.0.0/13. Use this range only if your network equipment does not support DNS-based allowlisting. DNS-based allowlisting is recommended because Cloudflare IP ranges are broad and may change.

Insights​

IP 范围允许您将日志导出和数据导出功能的 IP 列表添加到允许列表，并且不会向所有外部 IP 开放您的网络。如果 Blob 存储区域对应相应的 Insights 服务区域，则无法使用公共 IP。

限制

对于日志导出，Google 存储空间不支持入站 IP 限制。

由于 Microsoft 端的日志导出限制，当您的 Azure Blob 存储帐户和 Insights 基础架构位于 Azure 中的同一区域下时，无法设置入站 IP 限制。因此，不能根据 Insights 服务区域将以下区域用于 Blob 存储帐户：
