Create Personal Time-off Request

Description

Creates time-off request on behalf of the logged-in user.

Note: The Worker ID of the authenticated user is embedded in the activity. To create time-off requests on behalf of other workers, use the Insert Record activity and select the Create Time off request for a specific worker object. You must have the necessary permissions to perform this action on behalf of other users.

Configuration

  • Connection ID - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the dropdown menu to choose, add, or manage connections.

  • Date - The date of the time-off request. Use the calendar widget to select a date. This field supports DateTimeOffset type input.
  • Quantity per day - Indicates the fraction of days or hours to adjust the employee's balance by. This field supports String type input.
  • Time off type - Select the type of time-off request from the available dropdown list.
  • Comment - Provide any additional comments. This field supports String type input.
Manage Properties

Use the Manage Properties wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Show additional properties (in Studio Web).
