Analysis - Deviations

简介

分析 - 偏差是主仪表板，您可以在其中分析“订单到收款”流程中发生的偏差。蓝色活动是流程中的主要活动，即愉快路径。偏差被识别为阻止 (红色) 或变更事件 (黄色)。您最好不要希望发生这些事件。请参见下图。

The information displayed in the dashboard is based on the creation date of the sales order items. The Period filter in the Filters panel enables you to select a period to display the sales order items that were created in the selected period.

备注：

Since the process graph displays all sales order items which are created within the selected time period, the graph can also contain changes to these sales order items that might be outside of the selected period.

KPI

Below is a description of the KPIs that are displayed at the top Analysis - Deviations dashboard.

KPI	描述
块集	所选期间销售订单项目的块（集）事件总数。注意：如果单击`Blocks set` KPI，则会在“筛选器”面板中自动创建并添加筛选器。
更改	所选期间销售订单项目的变更事件总数。注意：如果单击`Changes` KPI，则会在“筛选器”面板中自动创建并添加筛选器。
主要活动	所选期间销售订单项目的主要事件总数。注意：如果单击`Main events` KPI，则会在“筛选器”面板中自动创建并添加筛选器。
SO 项目	选定期间唯一销售订单项目的总数。
总值	在选定期间内创建的销售订单项目的总值。
平均事件吞吐时间	选定期间内销售订单项目事件的平均事件吞吐量时间。注意：如果单击`Avg. event throughput time` KPI，则会在SO 项目事件仪表板项目中选择`Avg. event throughput time`指标。

时间戳

Throughput time is the duration between the event end timestamps of two events that follow each other. In this case, waiting time and idle time are also calculated. Processing time is the time actually spent on the event. In this case, waiting time and idle time are not taken into account.

SO 项目事件

使用SO 项目事件仪表板项目，您可以更详细地分析销售订单项目。

您可以通过从下拉列表中选择不同的属性来创建各种不同的上下文。例如，当您选择活动触发器时，您可以分析触发销售订单项目事件的原因。

指标选取器使您能够选择不同的指标。以下是可用于分析与所选属性相关的销售订单项目事件的指标的说明。

指标	描述
事件数	选定期间内唯一销售订单项目事件的数量。
平均事件数	所选期间内对销售订单项目执行的平均事件数。
SO 项目百分比	选定期间内每个类别的销售订单项目与所有类别的唯一销售订单项目相比的百分比。
平均事件吞吐时间	所选时间段内所有销售订单项目事件的平均吞吐时间。
平均事件处理时间	所选期间内销售订单项目事件的平均处理时间。

备注：

所选指标适用于“分析 - 偏差”仪表板的所有不同的仪表板项目。如果您在SO 项目事件仪表板项目中选择其他指标，则其他图表也将相应地更改。

活动类别图例

流程中活动的颜色对应于不同的事件类别。请参见下图。
