Task Mining
View and edit traces
As a result of the capturing process, a comprehensive diagram illustrating the trace of the procedure is displayed. Each task graph is composed of a number of steps linked between a Start node and an End action.
Each step contains a number of actions made in order to complete the action. The action represents a certain activity, such as a click, documented using a screenshot that underlines the action and the place where this was made.
You have multiple options to view and update both the step as well as each action. For details please check the relevant document from the below list:
The following table describes the metrics.
Metric |
Description |
Traces | The total number of traces in the project. |
Users | The total number of unique recording users that created a trace in the project. |
Applications | The total number of unique applications or website domains recorded in the project. |
Avg. execution | The average execution time across traces in the project. (days hours minutes seconds) |
Audio captures provide additional context around each step via voice input. This helps you when reviewing the task graph and the collected data.
If an audio capture is available for the trace, this is indicate with the headphone icon.
A trace can have only one audio capture attached.
