Task Mining
Licensing (Flex Plan)
The information on this page applies to you if you opted for the Flex Plan. If you enrolled in the Unified Pricing Plan instead, refer to Unified Pricing.
When the Task Mining service is enabled for your tenant, no AI Units are charged. Task Mining (formerly know as Assisted Task Mining) does not consume AI Units.
You can allocate and track AI Units consumption at the tenant level. If you run a new analysis for your Unassisted Task Mining project, it will consume AI Units at the account level until you allocate AI Units to the tenant where the analysis is run.
You can allocate AI Units to a tenant from the license allocation window corresponding to the desired tenant in the Automation CloudTM Admin section. Refer to allocating licenses to a tenant.
By default, each tenant is allocated 0 AI Units, and all AI Units are consumed from the account pool. To make use of AI Units per tenant, you assign AI Units to a given tenant. The tenant will start consuming AI Units from its tenant pool until the balance reaches 0, at which point new Unassisted Task Mining analyses will fail.
