Managing Connections

创建连接

In a folder, navigate to the Connections page.
Select Add connection.
The Connect To pop-up is displayed.
Choose the desired Connector from the list to create a new connection.
The Connect To page is opened. Check the documentation for the needed connector for more information on how to configure the connection. Check the Integration Service user guide for more information on individual connectors.
From the Folder in which connection is stored dropdown, choose the desired folder where the connection will be stored.
From the Authentication Type dropdown, choose the desired authentication type for the connection.
You can choose between the following connection types:
- 客户端证书身份验证
- OAuth 2.0 授权代码
- OAuth 2.0 客户端凭据
- 自带 OAuth 2.0 应用程序
注意：可用选项可能因连接器而异。
Configure any additional connector-specific fields.
Check the documentation for the needed connector for more information on how to configure the connection. Check the Integration Service user guide for more information on individual connectors.
Select Connect to create the connection

Checking the connection

In a folder, navigate to the Connections page.
Choose the connection you want to check and select the More actions button.
Select Check connection from the More actions menu to check the connection status.

Reconnecting a connection

In a folder, navigate to the Connections page.
Choose the connection you want to reconnect and select the More actions button.
Select Reconnect from the More actions menu.
Update the connector details to edit the connector.

Select Connect when done to re-establish the connection.

管理触发器

You can manage event triggers associated with a connection from the Connections page.

Choose the connection you want to update and select the More actions button, and choose Manage triggers from the More actions menu. The Event Triggers page is opened. For more information on managing triggers, check the Managing triggers page.

共享连接

在共享文件夹中创建连接后，所有有权访问该文件夹的用户都可以在其自动化工作流中使用该连接。所有有权访问该连接的用户均可编辑该连接。

Editing connections

In a folder, navigate to the Connections page.
Choose the connection you want to update and select the More actions button.
Select Edit connection from the More actions menu.
The following fields are available in the Edit Connection page:
- Connector: the name of the connector used to create the connection. This field cannot be updated.
- Connection: the account used to create the connection.. This field cannot be updated.
- Connection name: the name of the connection.
- Authentication type: the authentication type used to create the connection. This field cannot be updated. The possible options are:
  - 客户端证书身份验证
  - OAuth 2.0 授权代码
  - OAuth 2.0 客户端凭据
  - 自带 OAuth 2.0 应用程序
  注意：可用选项可能因连接器而异。
- Polling frequency: how often the system checks an external application for updates or new events.
- Status: the status of the connection. The possible options are:
  - Connected
  - 已断开连接
  Select Reconnect to reestablish the connection.
Select Update to edit the connection.

Removing a connection

In a folder, navigate to the Connections page.
Choose the connection you want to delete and select the More actions button.
Select Delete from the More actions menu.
Select Delete connection to remove the connection.

Note: Make sure that there are no processes, workflows, triggers or apps referencing the connection before deleting.
