Process Mining
Managing access for process apps
linkIntroduction
linkIn Process Mining you can grant access to process apps for users and groups. Based on the permissions, users who are granted access can edit, view, or delete process apps, or manage access for process apps.
The following table describes the different permissions that can be set for users or groups.
Permission |
Description |
---|---|
Manage access |
The user, or users in the group, can manage access for the app. |
Edit data |
The user, or users in the group can upload data for development and production. Furthermore, they can perform all available actions in Data transformations, such as add and remove tables, edit transformations, edit the data model, and start data runs. Note:
Users with Edit data permission also have Edit dashboards and View permissions. |
Edit dashboards |
The user, or users in the group, can edit the app settings, edit the dashboards, import a BPMN model, and publish the app. Note:
Users with only Edit dashboard permission cannot upload data in their apps, unless they explicitly get the Edit data permission. |
View |
The user, or users in the group, can view the app. |
Delete |
The user, or users in the group, can delete the app. |
