Process Mining
Root cause analysis
The Root cause analysis dashboard is completely redesigned. Once a filter is set, the Root cause analysis tree will show the fields as nodes from which you can drill down to analyze certain behavior and find significant influencers for specific process situations. The detail of the Root cause analysis tree is automatically determined to optimize readability.

Delayed update organizations
Process Mining is now available to be provisioned in delayed update organizations.
Process Details
The Process details dashboard is now available as a menu option and can be opened from the left menu. See the illustration below for an example.
Process apps
- Filter options and Export options
are now grouped together in context menus. See the illustration below for an example.
- In the process graph context menu the following
filter options are now available:
- Select cases with activity;
- Select cases without activity;
- Clear selection.

SOC 2 Type 1 and HIPAA Type 1 compliance
Process Mining Automation Cloud™ is now officially SOC 2 Type 1 and HIPAA Type 1 certified.
Managing access for process apps
It is now possible to grant or revoke grant permissions for a user or group for a process app from the App permissions page. See Managing access for process apps.
