Process Mining service not visible
This section describes the steps to take if you have a valid license but the Process Mining service is not visible.
- Check the tenant configuration: Ensure that the Process Mining service is enabled for each tenant where it is needed. Process Mining is a tenant-level service, meaning that each tenant's data is segregated, and the service must be enabled for each tenant individually.
- Verify the license requirements: Make sure you meet the prerequisites for enabling the Process Mining service. Refer to Enabling the service in Automation Cloud™or more information.
- Refresh the Process Mining portal: Sometimes, changes may not be immediately visible. Refresh the Process Mining portal page to ensure that any updates or changes are reflected.
