Overview
Use of customer data with Healing Agent
- Provide our services
Healing Agent is available to you and enabled by default, offering only fix recommendations, not self-healing. The self-healing mode is not enabled by default and requires specific activation. Healing Agent runs automatically and user action is required to implement the recommended fixes. To function properly, Healing Agent requires proper licensing permissions and infrastructure updates.
Healing Agent generated debugging reports are processed, containing details regarding the error and screenshots, in order to improve the Healing Agent capabilities. For details, refer to Healing Agent Setup.
You can opt out of this data processing. For details, refer to the Opt-out mechanism section.
Data is stored when using this product as selected by you and in accordance with our data residency page, available under Automation Cloud Data residency.
Healing Agent relies on integrations with third party Generative AI services. All such integrations are configured by the customer and go through the UiPath AI Trust Layer. This component ensures that all integrations comply with the same high level of security and compliance, and that no data is persisted by any third parties for any reason. You can configure the use of AI features by setting up such policies through the AI Trust Layer.
We follow the standard policies for Automation Ops and the AI Trust Layer:
-
Customer data is deleted at contract termination or upon request.
-
Customer data is encrypted. Access is strictly limited, and any access is logged and audited.
If you want to opt-out of sending the debugging report, configure an Automation Ops policy to disable Healing Agent capabilities. Moreover, you can disable the Healing Agent directly in Orchestrator, at the process level configuration. You can also opt out of product improvement at contractual level or through opening up a support ticket.
