Overview
Use of customer data with Autopilot for Everyone
We process the information used with our services for the following purposes:
- Provide our services
- Machine learning and product enhancement and development
We process user inputs of text, images, and documents provided in runtime to deliver our services, such as running automations, and responding back to the user with a recommended output.
We process telemetry data such as usage data to make sure that our platforms operate smoothly and to optimize the user experience based on the feedback and usage patterns we observe.
We use data analytics to measure and evaluate the performance of our services, as well as to improve the functionalities.
We process account information such as cloud ID, username, password in accordance with Automation Cloud policies in order to provide you with access to the services and to secure your account.
We may process data that you send to us for support or as necessary for troubleshooting issues, in accordance with our Support terms.
User chat data and Autopilot for Everyone configuration data is stored in Orchestrator storage buckets.
Data is stored when using this product as selected by you and in accordance with our Data Residency page, available in the Automation Cloud admin guide.
Please review Autopilot - Chat history storage management for additional information about chat data storage.
Autopilot for Everyone uses Claude 3.5 Sonnet and GPT-4o-mini to process user inputs and generate responses. These LLM model requests are facilitated by the LLM Gateway and governed by our AI Trust Layer.
Data is not used to train third party models when using Autopilot for Everyone.
We employ the following safeguards in achieving the previously described purposes:
-
Autopilot can be disabled as desired, through the AI Trust Layer.
-
Access is strictly limited, and any access is logged and audited.
-
The customer can delete, modify the data used with the product directly through the Autopilot for Everyone UI or by asking Support for a deletion request.
