Agent
The nodes in the Agent category of the Add node panel: autonomous, conversational, and voice agents, agents that already exist, and agents on other platforms.
The Agent category of the Add node panel holds the nodes that let AI decide, write, or answer. An agent reads its instructions and the data you give it, uses the tools you connect, and returns a result.
- Autonomous agent: an AI agent that works on a task on its own, with the tools, context, and escalations you connect to it.
- Conversational agent (Preview): an AI agent that holds a chat with a user.
- Voice agent (Preview): an AI agent that talks to a caller on the phone.
- In this solution and Published: agents that already exist, in the same solution or deployed in your organization, including coded agents that a developer wrote in code.
- Third-party agent: agents that run on other platforms, through a connection to that platform.
The tools an agent can use attach to its Tools handle, not from this panel. Agent tools lists them.
