Process Mining
The Process data dashboard enables you to analyze Cases and/or Events on the lowest level.
Depending on the app template, Cases can be called differently, for example, Purchase order items, or Incidents.
Follow these steps to display the Process data dashboard.

Select Process data in the menu on the left of the dashboard.
The Process data dashboard is displayed.
Follow these steps to change the visible columns.
- Select Columns to display the list of columns.
- Select the columns you want to display in the selected Process data dashboard from the Visible Colums list.
The Case ID* column cannot be hidden.
*) Depending on the app template, Case ID can be called differently,
Re-sizing the table columns
You can change the size of the columns in the Process Data dashboard.

Select the
icon in front of a column name.

Drag to reisize the column to the desired size.
