Description
The rule verifies whether the project is linked to an idea in Automation Hub.
Recommendation
Add the required Automation Hub URL. In the Project panel, select 
to open the Project Settings window, and then select the General tab.
In the Automation Hub URL field., add the URL of an idea in Automation Hub.
