Test Manager user guide
Last updated May 6, 2026
Performance testing is based on several UiPath® modules.

- Set up your infrastructure in Orchestrator . Prepare your Orchestrator environment by configuring robot types (serverless or on-premises) and ensuring you have sufficient runtimes or Platform Units allocated. This step establishes the execution backbone for running performance scenarios.
- Create and publish tests from Studio. Build automated functional test cases in UiPath Studio, following the supported project types and package versions. Publish these tests to Orchestrator, where they can later be linked to Test Manager for execution at scale.
- Link tests to Test Manager. Create a project in Test manager and connect your published automations to test cases, ensuring they are ready to be reused as part of a performance scenario. This linkage allows Test Manager to orchestrate and execute them under load conditions.
- Configure and run performance scenarios in Test Manager. Create performance scenarios in Test Manager, define load groups, and configure test parameters such as virtual users, ramp-up times, and thresholds. After validating with a dry run, you can execute full scenarios and monitor results in real time.
