Audit logs for Test Manager in Automation Cloud: track user actions, changes, and Autopilot operation statuses across your tenant for compliance and accountability.

Feature availability depends on the cloud platform you use. For details, refer to the Test Manager feature availability page.
Audit logs for Test Manager are now available in the Automation Cloud Admin section, under Audit logs > Tenant, for each tenant where Test Manager is enabled. For more information on audit logs, visit About logs.
Autopilot operation statuses
Audit logs record the following statuses for Autopilot operations:
- Succeeded - the operation completed successfully.
- Blocked - the operation was blocked before completion.
- Failed - the operation encountered an error. The Details panel displays a human-readable Error message field that describes the reason for the failure.
