IXP AI Unit consumption dashboard

Based on the actions performed in Communications Mining™ or Unstructured and complex documents, the dashboard offers a detailed view of the AI units consumption at the tenant level. For more information on Insights data retention, check the Data retention policy section.

Note:
  • Data is refreshed every 24 hours.
  • If the value for Automation Name is displayed as Unknown, it means that there is no related data. This could result from using an older Robot or activity package version, which is not reporting the needed data, or if the data resides in a different region. Make sure you update your Robot and activity packages to the latest version, so that the dashboard can collect all required data points.
  • The dashboard displays all data from a tenant and from the region where the tenant is available.

Accessing the dashboard

To access the dashboard, go to Insights, then select the UiPath Templates tab, and then IXP AI Unit consumption dashboard.

Filters

The dashboard includes the following filters:
  • Consumed at time - Select a specific time period to review the usage of AI Units.
  • Product - Select the product for which you want to monitor the usage of AI Units:
    • AI Center
    • Document Understanding
    • IXP.

Metrics

The following table describes the metrics for the IXP AI Unit consumption dashboard:

TileDescription
Consumption by project chart Consumed AI units, grouped by IXP project, Communications Mining, or Unstructured documents. The information is displayed in the form of a line chart.
Consumption by project table Consumed AI units, grouped by IXP project, Communications Mining, or Unstructured documents. The information is displayed in the form of a table with additional information:
  • Project Name: name of the project that consumed AI units.
  • Project Id: the ID of the project that consumed AI Units.
  • Project type: the type of the project that consumed AI units:
    • Communications Mining project
    • Unstructured documents project
  • AI units: total number of AI Units consumed in the project.
  • Pages: total number of pages processed in the project.
Consumption by sourceConsumed AI units, grouped by the sources used in IXP projects, Communications Mining, or Unstructured documents:
  • Project Name: name of the project that consumed AI Units.
  • Project Id: ID of the project that consumed AI Units.
  • Project type: name of the project that consumed AI Units.
  • Source name: name of the source that consumed AI units, such as Upload email, Upload message, and so on.
  • Automation name: name of the automation used for consuming AI units.
Note: If the value is displayed as Unknown, it means that there is no related data.

The value is displayed as Unknown if there are suspended jobs. In this case, the entry is populated after the job resumes and the automation execution finishes.

  • Orchestrator folder name - the type of consumption, such as API consumption.
  • AI units: total number of AI units the source consumed.
  • Pages: total number of pages that the automation processed.
