Test Cloud admin guide

About notifications
Notifications offer ordered and prioritized information about your actions, as a user, or about the actions that you manage, as an admin.
In-app notifications are sent across tenants, via the Notifications panel.
Email notifications are sent across tenants, to the email address that was used when creating the organization account.
Notification subscriptions and tenants
Notification subscriptions are evaluated per tenant:
- Notification subscriptions are defined in the context of the current tenant.
- A user or group can be subscribed to different events in different tenants.
- If an alert is generated in a tenant, users and groups receive notifications only for the events to which they are subscribed in that specific tenant.
This model ensures tenant isolation for notifications, even when identity management is centralized at the organization level.
Note:
Known limitation: The Studio Web tab is currently not visible on the Preferences > Notifications > My Notifications page. As a result, you cannot subscribe to or unsubscribe from Studio Web notification events.
