Popular connectors
Common business apps that Flow processes connect to, such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, with a link to each connector.
A connector lets a workflow work with another app, such as reading a Salesforce record, creating a ServiceNow ticket, or posting a Slack message, without writing the API call yourself. In the Add node panel, each connector is listed by app name in the Connector category, and opens the list of its actions.
These are some of the apps that workflows commonly connect to. Each link opens the page of the connector in the Integration Service guide, which lists its actions and events, and describes how to authenticate.
| Area | Connectors |
|---|---|
| Customer relationship management (CRM) | Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM |
| IT and service desk | ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk |
| Communication | Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook 365, Gmail |
| Files and documents | Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Box, DocuSign |
| Human resources and enterprise resource planning (ERP) | Workday, SAP OData |
More connectors
The connectors available to you depend on your organization. The Connector category of the Add node panel lists all of them. Connectors in the Integration Service guide describes how connectors work, and its sidebar lists the page of every connector.
If an app has no connector, call its API with HTTP Request.
