Maestro user guide
The Optimization dashboard helps you turn process-level metrics into insights you can act on. It visualizes how your automation performs over time and connects directly to the Process Optimization app in Process Mining.
You can open the Optimization dashboard in two ways:
- From the Optimize tab in Maestro.
- From the Process Optimization app in Process Mining (linked automatically to each published process).
Use the Optimization dashboard to:
- Track KPIs such as average duration, automation rate, conformance, and rework frequency.
- Compare versions to see the impact of process changes.
- Drill into inefficiencies—for example, identify elements with the longest durations or highest failure rates.
- Validate improvements after you apply optimizations or automations.
Note:
Access to the optimization dashboard depends on the cloud offering you use. For details, refer to Maestro feature availability.
