Setting up robot account access

An agentic process uses the same concepts as a robot in terms of permissions.

  1. Create a Robot account in the folder where automation runs. The robot account must have the necessary permissions to execute agentic processes and access other resources such as RPA workflows, Apps, Connectors, and Business Rules.
  2. Assign the following roles to the Robot account:
    • Tenant-level: Allow to be Automation User
    • Folder-level: Automation User
Note: Ensure both roles include all required permissions to execute and monitor processes.
  3. To configure an unattended setup, follow the steps under Configuring robot accounts to run unattended automations.
