Communications Mining user guide
Last updated Aug 1, 2025
This page explains the available options to get communications data in and out of Communications Mining™.
To manage integrations, go to the Administration page and select the Integrations tab in the UiPath® IXP service.
Note:
- Although integrations are part of the IXP Administration page, they are specific to Communications Mining projects.
- All data upload and download options described in the Common Integration Scenarios diagram require specific integration permissions. For more details, check Roles and their underlying permissions.
- The following data types are supported:
- .eml
- .msg
- .pst
- .csv through the user interface
- anything uploaded via the API, including automations.
