Licensing notifications in Test Cloud covering expiry, consumption, and overconsumption events for Organization Administrators and License Administrators.
Organization Administrators and License Administrators receive licensing notifications by default. Notifications can be filtered by event type or by severity. Events include license expiry, consumption, and overconsumption, while severity refers to Info or Warn.
The Notifications link in the Consumption Controls section of the Consumables Center opens this page, as well.
These options can be accessed by selecting the bell 
icon located on the top navigation bar of the organization page.

Licensing events
Feature availability depends on the cloud platform that you use. For details, refer to the Feature availability page.
The following table describes the licensing events that you can subscribe to or unsubscribe from, along with their severity level, and the means by which you can receive the notification:

The tenant unit consumption thresholds (50%, 75%, 90%) apply to the units allocated to a specific tenant. These are separate from the organization-level consumption thresholds (50%, 75%, 95%), which apply to the organization's total unit pool. Consumption notifications are not sent in real time. It can take up to one hour from the moment consumption occurs until the corresponding notification is sent.
AI and Agentic usage pool
The AI and Agentic usage pool does not send licensing notifications. Administrators are not alerted by email or the notification bell when a user requests a top-up or reaches their monthly limit. Instead, users who need a top-up appear at the top of the User usage dashboard, which you can filter by Needs top-up. For details on the usage pool, refer to AI and Agentic usage pool.
License expiration
Expiration alerts
By default, you are notified 180, 90, 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before the license expiry date.
Grace period
Your license might include a grace period. If it does, you are notified about it at logon, and can renew the license without experiencing any service disruptions. If it does not, your robots stop working upon expiry.
