Communications Mining Automation Cloud Release Notes
March 2025
We've made several design updates to streamline the annotation process. Changes include more intuitive parsing logic, clear indicators for missing data or prediction mismatches, and enhanced UI elements like tooltips and icons.
- Datasets are now listed by name, instead of their API name, which is non-editable.
- We've fixed an issue where clicking the IXP logo didn't immediately redirect you to the homepage.
- We've fixed a mismatch between the extraction numbers in the annotation pane and those on highlighted references in messages, when dealing with empty extraction labels.
- We've updated the dataset table to now display the full name of sources, including the associated project, when you hover over them.
- We've updated the dataset table to show a Restricted Access label on datasets that users cannot access due to insufficient permissions.
We are pleased to announce that we have successfully migrated all Communications Mining™ production tenants to the new IXP service. For further details on this change, check Communications Mining™ migration to UiPath® IXP, and the IXP overview guide.
Role-based access control (RBAC) tenants handle alert notification recipients in Alert Center, where users can manage their subscriptions. For integrations or tenant quotas, RBAC tenants send notifications to all organization admins or organization developers, unless they unsubscribe in notification service.
To process more content types and unlock new automation opportunities, Communications Mining™ users will automatically be migrated to the new IXP service from March 17, 2025.
IXP combines the existing Communications Mining capabilities with a new capability to process unstructured and high-complexity documents.
For all existing Communications Mining users, the Communications Mining service will operate without disruption with a few small changes to navigation, including the Automation Cloud homepage, that is the current datasets page.
For existing Communications Mining non-legacy users, apart from the small changes to navigation, they will also be migrated to the new role-based access control (RBAC) administration experience.
