The user license information relates to the user’s ability to import the recommendations made by the Healing Agent for a process in Studio, and apply the fixes to the process workflows.

Platform Units measure the license usage of Healing Agent in Unified Pricing as follows:
-
One charge equals 3 Platform Units.
-
If recommendations are enabled, you are charged once per recommendation, regardless of whether it is followed by a manual fix or not.
-
If self-healing is enabled, you are charged once per self-healing action.
-
You are charged the same, regardless of whether recommendations are provided or self-healing.
-
If the same UI Automation activity fails repeatedly during a single job execution, Healing Agent heals the activity and then re-uses this healing information for subsequent failures. A charge applies only once for the initial healing. No additional charges are incurred for subsequent uses of the same healing information.
-
Healing information from a previous run is not retained in the next run. As such, in the next job run, Healing Agent heals the activity and incurs an additional charge.
-
Failed self-healing actions are not charged.
Important:We encourage you to use Healing Agent recommendations to fix automation issues permanently, rather than indefinitely running a faulty process.
Take an activity that has two issues simultaneously:
-
The selector is broken.
-
A pop-up obstructs the UI element.
Healing Agent resolves each issue separately, but you are charged only once per activity.
The same is true if the activity runs in a loop within the same job. It may heal multiple times, but you are only charged once.
The information in this section applies to you if you opted for the Flex licensing model.
