Creates a mailbox in an Exchange server for an existing Active Directory user account.

Configuration

Common
  • DisplayName - The display name of the activity.
Input
  • AddressBookPolicy - The address book policy of the mailbox. This field supports only strings and String variables.
  • Alias - The alias of the user for which you want to create the mailbox for. This field supports only strings and String variables.
    Note:
    The alias is the section of the email address that is situated before the @ symbol. For example, in the [email protected] e-mail address, the alias is john.doe.
  • Archive - If selected, creates an archived mailbox for the specified user alias. By default, this check box is cleared.
  • ArchiveDatabase - This property only has effect if the Archive check box is selected. The archived mailbox database you want to store the created mailbox in after archiving it. If no database is specified in this property field, one is selected automatically by Exchange. This field supports only strings and String variables.
  • MailboxDatabase - The mailbox database you want to store the specified mailbox in after creating it. If no database is specified in this property field, one is selected automatically by Exchange. This field supports only strings and String variables.
  • UserPrincipalName - The User Principal Name (UPN) for the Active Directory user account. This field supports only strings and String variables.
Misc
  • Private - If selected, the values of variables and arguments are no longer logged at Verbose level.
