Action Center
Last updated Dec 11, 2025
The Autopilot capabilities are enabled by default. You can open or close the panel using the Autopilot icon at the top-right
of the Action Center screen .
The Autopilot panel works across Overview, Inbox, and Settings sections. Individual task functions, such as summarization, are only available in the Inbox section.
The Autopilot chat panel opens by default for Agents and Maestro tasks, and it closes by default for RPA workflow tasks.
Each task is mapped to a conversation. The most recent conversation for a task is stored in your browser. Refreshing your browser updates the chat history within the selected conversation.
On the chat screen you can perform the following actions:
- Use the chat box to interact with Autopilot by providing prompts or asking questions
- Use the dynamic prompt suggestions, which change alongside your workflow context.
- Select the language model Autopilot uses in your interaction. You can select from the available Gemini or GPT-5 instantions, based on your needs.
- Upload files for future handling and exploration.
- Open a New chat
, access the Settings
menu, access the Chat History
, or Expand the chat interface to fullscreen mode.
