Menu Overview

Overview - Summary dashboard

The Overview menu contains the Summary dashboard which gives a graphical representation of the main KPIs of the Order-to-Cash process and gives insight in the overall process performance.

KPIs

Below is a description of the KPIs that are displayed at the top of the Overview - Summary dashboard.

KPI	Description
Sales orders	Total number of Sales orders created within the selected period.
Open sales orders	Total number of open Sales orders created within the selected period.
SO items	Total number of Sales order items created within the selected period.
Total value	Total value of the Sales order items created within the selected period.

Note:

You can click on a KPI to go directly to the Analysis - End to end dashboard where you can further analyze the numbers.

Dashboards charts

Below is a description of the dashboard charts of the Overview - Summary dashboard.

Chart	A history graph that displays...	Related dashboard
Automation rate	the percentage of automated events in the Order-to-Cash process from end to end.	Efficiency - Automation
Late delivery rate	the percentage of purchase order items that were delivered after the latest expected delivery date.	Efficiency - Customers
Avg. throughput time end to end	the average throughput time for the end to end process, from creating the sales order to the actual payment for the related invoice.	Analysis - End to end
Avg. throughput time SO creation to post goods issue	the average throughput time from creating the sales order item to the sending out of the delivery.	Analysis - End to end
