July 2026

July 2026 release notes for Automation Cloud in Automation Cloud.

License Viewer role now assignable at the tenant level

The License Viewer role can now be assigned at the tenant level, in addition to the organization level. When assigned at the tenant level, a user has read-only access to the licensing data for that specific tenant only, without visibility into other tenants or the organization-wide license pool. This lets Org Admins give team leads and business stakeholders read-only insight into a single tenant.

For more information, see Licensing roles and Assign licensing roles.

Action Center routing aligned with the Orchestrator region

Starting August 1, 2026, the Action Center frontend routes request through the same region as your Orchestrator service.

This is an internal routing change only. The Action Center frontend is stateless and does not persist any data by itself. There is no impact on customer data residency: all data will continue to be stored and processed in your existing regions.

No downtime is expected, and no action is required on your part.

Relay client support status and minimum version enforcement

Relay now reports each Relay client as Up to date, Update available, or Out of support. Relay clients earlier than 26.4.0 are out of support and cannot register with Automation Cloud until upgraded.

July 6, 2026

Azure Private Link support for Automation Cloud now extends to the United States region. Organizations in the United States can connect to Automation Cloud through the West US 2 (primary) and East US (secondary) private gateways.

For setup instructions, refer to Connecting to UiPath using private link.
