Search Issues

Description

Search issues in Jira.

Note: The search criteria properties you provide are combined using AND logic. Only issues matching all and exact values are returned. Partial matches are not returned. For complex filtering needs, consider using Search Issues by JQL.

Configuration

  • Connection - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the dropdown menu to choose, add, or manage connections.

  • Issue type in – Provide one or multiple issues separated by commas. For example: Bug, Task. This field supports String type input.
  • Summary equals – Enter the exact summary text to search for. Avoid including URLs in this field. This field supports String type input.
  • Priority in – Provide one or multiple priorities separated by commas. For example: Low, Medium, High. This field supports String type input.
  • Component in – Provide one or multiple components separated by commas. For example: UI, Backend. This field supports String type input.
  • Status in – Provide one or multiple statuses separated by commas. For example: Open, In progress. This field supports String type input.
  • Assignee in – Provide one or multiple assignees separated by commas. For example: John Smith, Mike Johnson. This field supports String type input.
  • Reporter in – Provide one or multiple reporters separated by commas. For example: John Smith, Mike Johnson. This field supports String type input.
  • Project in – Provide one or multiple projects separated by commas. For example: 'JIRA', 'DOC', 'UIPATH'. This field supports String type input.
  • Labels in – Provide one or multiple labels separated by commas. For example: bug, urgent. This field supports String type input.
Manage Properties

Use the Manage Properties wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Show additional properties (in Studio Web).

Additional properties
  • Issue ID in – Provide one or multiple issue IDs separated by commas. For example: 10056, 10057. This field supports String type input.
  • Issue key in – Provide one or multiple issue keys separated by commas. For example: ABCD-11, ABCD-22. This field supports String type input.
  • Description equals – Enter the exact description text to search for. You can also include URLs. This field supports String type input.
  • Resolution in – Provide one or multiple resolutions. For example: Revisit, Nothing pending. This field supports String type input.
  • Parent in – Provide one or multiple parent issue keys separated by commas. For example: ABCD-1, ABCD-2. This field supports String type input.

  • Issues - The issues search results. Automatically generated output variable.
