Workspace Overview

Within this module, you can view and contribute to your company’s RPA development by:

checking the status of the ideas or automations you shared;
uploading components or track their status;
checking the status of the automations or ideas you follow;
depending on your role, reviewing ideas or automations that are within your area of approval to facilitate the progress of their lifecycle.

The following options are available:

Automation Pipeline: several lists containing all the ideas and automations shared in the tenant, except for the ones in Draft status.
My Submissions: several lists containing your ideas and automations, including the ones in Draft state.
My Collaborations: a list containing all the ideas and automations where you are added as a Collaborator.

Note: This list does not contain self-shared ideas or automations.

My Components: a list containing all the components that you have uploaded or downloaded.

You can find here the components you are still working on as well as the ones you have already shared.
Following: a list containing details of ideas and automations that you marked as Follow.
