概述

UiPath.GSuite.Activities 包可帮助您自动化 Google Workspace（以前称为 G Suite）应用程序，包括 Google 日历、Google 云端硬盘、Google 表格、Gmail、Google 文档、Google 任务和 Google 表单。

活动

Google WorkSpace 软件包包含三种类型的活动：

GSuite Application Scope - Supports all Google Workspace activities. Requires setting up applications in Google Cloud for connecting to Google.
分别为“使用 Google 云端硬盘”、“ 使用 Google 文档”和“ 使用 Google 电子表格 - 支持云端硬盘”、“文档”和“表格”活动。这些是较新的活动，可提供简化的设置体验。您可以通过以下方式之一连接到服务：
- 使用 UiPath Automation Cloud 中 Integration Service 的专用连接器。这使您可以轻松地添加连接或从活动中选择现有连接。从 UiPath.GSuite.Activities v1.12.0 开始提供此选项。

Integration Service 连接

Google WorkSpace 新式活动和触发器活动通过 Integration Service 连接器（Gmail、Google 文档、Google 云端硬盘和 Google 表格连接器）与您的 Google 应用程序建立经过身份验证的连接。

在 UiPath Automation Cloud > Integration Service 中创建连接后，可以在所有其他 Google WorkSpace 活动中重用这些连接。

标准连接

To enable the outbound automation between UiPath and Google Workspace, the Classic activities establish an authenticated connection to your Google applications via the Google Workspace Scope activity. To get started, see Set up OAuth applications in Google Cloud.

建立连接后，您可以添加其他 Google WorkSpace 活动以创建新的自动化项目，或将其添加到现有项目中以扩展自动化功能，在其中纳入 Google WorkSpace 应用程序。
