Automation Hub user guide
The Process Repository is the central space in Automation Hub where your organization's business processes are stored and accessible for review.
The Process Repository is available from the Explore menu. It displays all business processes submitted through the Business Process workflow across your tenant. All users can view entries in the repository.
The page is divided into two sections:
- Capability map
- Business processes list
Capability map
The capability map is a hierarchical view of your organization's business capabilities. It shows what the organization does, independent of how it does it, and structures capabilities into logical levels from high-level domains down to detailed capabilities. The capability map shows how documented business processes are distributed across the organization's capability structure. The full-screen view is accessible via the expand icon.
Business processes
The business processes section displays all submitted business process entries as cards. Each card shows the process name, its description, Phase, Status, the name of the Submitter and the main Business area it belongs to. The search bar supports lookup by name or description. The Sort and Filter controls narrow results by category, phase, status, workflow type, or submitter's business unit.
Sub-processes
The Workspace table view displays sub-processes indented under their parent process, one level at a time. Each process shows only its direct sub-processes — to see deeper levels, expand those sub-processes individually. The hierarchy can contain up to four levels of nesting. An expand icon next to each process shows or hides its direct sub-processes.
