Agents
For tenant-level or folder-level agent monitoring, select Monitoring, then navigate to Agents. You can filter the metrics by the following criteria:
- Interval: View metrics for the last day, last week, or last month.
- Agent: View global metrics or metrics for a specific agent or subset of agents.
- Folder: View aggregate metrics for all
folders or metrics for a specific folder or subset of folders.
Note: The Folder filter is available only in the tenant context.
The following metrics are displayed either globally, if you have no filter applied, or for your current filter selection:
- Instances success rate
- Instances run
- Average processing time
- Live instances, displayed as a chart.
- Completed instances, displayed as a chart.
- Agents with most errors, displayed as a chart. You can use the Show dropdown menu to display either the top 5 or top 10 items.
- Agent units consumption, displayed as a chart. You can use the Show dropdown menu to display either the top 5 or top 10 items.
Note: Clicking a bar in the Agents with most errors bar chart or a slice in the Agent units consumption pie chart opens the corresponding agent page.
To refresh the metrics, select the Refresh button. The button has a caption displaying the interval of time elapsed since the last update.
For more granular information on agent execution and related incidents, use the following:
- Incidents: View a list of agent execution incidents, including a Description column that provides quick insights into the cause of each incident. By selecting the entries in the First seen or Last seen column for an incident, you can view the job details panel for the corresponding job. To group incidents by Agent or Parent process, select the corresponding checkboxes.
- Agents: View a list of agents that ran during the selected interval, including key information on each run. To navigate to an individual
agent view, select the agent in the list. The individual view provides the following information:
- A short description of the agent, along with a summary of its settings, system prompt, user prompt, and retention policies.
-
A list of all job executions for the agent during the selected interval. You can change the selection of visible columns, as well as filter the list by State, Source, and Creation time.
To view the job details panel for any of the jobs, select the corresponding entry in the job list.
