When you fetched new predictions, the outdated predictions banner was incorrectly displayed alongside the loading indicator.

Improved latency for page thumbnails and annotation view
Page thumbnails and document pages in the annotation view now load faster.
Bug fixes
- In some cases, the documents table from the Build tab failed to load after creating a project and importing a taxonomy.
- Some documents became available too quickly after upload, which triggered an error stating that the document was not found.
