Improvements

We’ve improved the terminology in UiPath Assistant, with a focus on the Preferences window. These changes aim to create a more user-friendly experience.

Bug fixes

• Previously, automations with multiple sub-bindings didn’t run in Assistant Web.
• Editing connections for personal workspace processes wasn’t possible.

Assistant and Autopilot for Everyone settings in one place

We’ve merged Assistant and Autopilot for Everyone settings into one centralized location: the Preferences menu in Assistant. If you have Autopilot for Everyone installed, you’ll now see a dedicated settings section where you can easily configure your Autopilot chat experience.

Process execution visibility

A clear animation now displays when processes are running, so you always know what’s in progress.

Enhanced error messages

You get clearer, more helpful messages with added context and a refined UI, making issues easier to understand and fix.

Aligned UI terminology

You’ll notice updated UI names that match Assistant Web, giving you consistent terms across products.

Assistant Web improvements

• Assistant Web would enter an endless loop, displaying the "URI Malformed Error".
• Reloading the process list in Assistant Web would cause a "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'trimLeft')" error.
• Addressed minor UI issues, including color inconsistencies and misaligned graphic elements.

Bug fixes

• Previously, automations triggered from Studio Web didn’t run on your local machine.
• After waking your Mac from sleep, the Autopilot widget sometimes failed to install.
• Fixed the “Status/Version: 0 Unknown Error” that occurred for macOS users.
• Opening Preferences would show a blank page. Now you see the correct screen.
• Some elements had low contrast and were hard to see. Now they’re clearer with improved contrast.
