Release highlights​

Automation Cloud Administration and Test Cloud Administration​

• User licenses now include a single monthly AI and Agentic usage pool shared across Autopilot, Agent Development, ScreenPlay Development, Conversational Agents, and Autopilot for Everyone, replacing the separate per-product AI entitlements. Administrators grant top-ups and monitor per-user usage from Admin > Licenses > Consumables > User usage.
• Transactional Billing is a new charging model for agentic solutions orchestrated by Maestro. It packages a solution run into a single, tiered transaction cost based on a universal consumption unit called an AI Step. Component-based pricing remains available in parallel, and a solution runs under one model or the other. Transactional Billing is available to organizations on Unified Pricing and is enabled per folder.
• SCIM User Sync is now generally available, synchronizing user creation, updates, and deprovisioning between UiPath and Microsoft Entra ID or Okta.
• The Community plan is now available for organizations on Unified Pricing, giving individual developers and builders free access to the UiPath agentic platform.
• The GPT-4o model version gpt-4o-2024-05-13 will be removed from the platform on October 1, 2026, following its retirement by Microsoft. Automations and Bring Your Own (BYO) configurations that use it require migration to GPT-5.1 before the removal date.
• Organization Administrators can now use the Check access API to retrieve effective access for a user, group, or external application across the organization, including tenant-level assignments from every active tenant.
• The Licenses page now warns when a host-level license update no longer includes a unit type that was previously allocated to an organization. The existing allocation is preserved until you de-allocate the unit types that are no longer available. The consumables API key is also hidden by default on the Consumables tab.
• Firewall configuration pages were audited. Apps monitoring, Sentry, and SignalR domains were added, and obsolete or duplicate domains were removed from the Automation Cloud Portal, Action Center, Apps, Data Fabric, Document Understanding, Orchestrator, and Studio Web entries.
• Free organizations that had Legacy User License Management disabled before an Enterprise downgrade now enable User License Management automatically 14 days after the downgrade, unless you upgrade back to Enterprise within that window.

Action Center​

• The Actions list replaces the Timer Status filter with a multi-select Due Status filter, covering Due later, Due soon, Overdue, No timer, and Completed in time on the Completed tab. It also adds a Due Time filter and sort, and each action row shows its due status with the completion due date in a tooltip.
• Timers configured with Task assigned as the end criteria no longer appear in the interface. They continue to run, and their configured outcome still triggers when they expire.
• A future release will change the Due soon threshold from 80% of the completion timer duration to a fixed 24 hours remaining. Completion timers shorter than 24 hours will then report Due soon for their entire duration.
• Document Validation and Document Classification actions add a Report a technical issue button. Reports can attach an anonymized copy of the taxonomy and the extraction or classification result, and never capture the document or the text values read from it.
• When a Document Validation action opens in the classic view, the Validation Station now offers to switch to the compact view and back. The choice is remembered per reviewer and browser.
• The document viewer used by Document Validation and Document Classification actions was updated to pick up upstream security fixes, and now requires a more recent browser. In older browsers, the document fails to load and an error is displayed in its place.

Agents​

• Agents can now use coded functions as tools. The coded function tool, available in preview, runs custom Python code as a deterministic, process-based tool, so an agent can reason over the structured result.
• Conversational agents support client-side tools, which execute on the user's browser or host application rather than on the UiPath server. This lets agents access client-local data, trigger UI actions, and use device capabilities.
• The gemini-3.5-flash model is now available for Agents.

Automation Hub​

• Process Repository process models add a Step Details panel for documenting individual tasks and steps, covering files and links, applications, risks, controls, optimization notes, and the roles responsible for the work. Roles, Risks, and Controls accept values from an existing list or custom values.
• The History tab now records when a process model is created or updated, and identifies the user who made the change.

Automation Ops​

• The Azure Repos integration in Source Control is now generally available. You can connect your Azure DevOps organization and manage the source code of automation projects stored in Azure Repos.

Document Understanding​

• Customer managed keys (CMK) are now available in Helix Extractor 2.0 and Helix Classifier 1.0.

Integration Service​

• Fields that reference an existing file or folder in Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint now offer an Enter URL option, so you can paste a URL directly instead of browsing for the item or writing an expression.

IXP​

• The new IXP Project Creator role grants the Project - Create permission, which lets a user create IXP projects in the tenant without a service or organization administrator role. The user who creates a project becomes project admin of that project automatically.
• Custom roles can now include four tenant-level project permissions: Project - Create, Project - Read, Project - Write, and Project - Delete. Each one applies to every project in the tenant.
• New IXP projects, both Communications Mining and Unstructured and Complex Documents, now include the Administrators group as IXP Project Admin from the moment they are created.
• In Unstructured and Complex Documents projects, importing and exporting taxonomies now requires Dataset - Review instead of Dataset - Write. Dataset - Write now gates updating a project's Model configuration settings.
• Generative AI features in Communications Mining are now recorded in the UiPath AI Trust Layer audit log.
• At the end of a batch in Check label or Missed label training mode, you can now continue with the next messages in the sort order instead of returning to the Train page.

Orchestrator​

• Google Cloud Storage is available as a new storage bucket provider, authenticated with a service account key.
• Azure Storage buckets can be authenticated with Integration Service service-principal connections instead of storage-account access keys, so security teams can enforce Entra-based identity and access management policies.
• The default API specification is now the OpenAPI 3.0 Public profile. The previous V20 specification, based on Swagger 2.0, is deprecated as of this release and will be removed in September 2026.
• The tenant-level Jobs view now offers every column available in folder-level Jobs views, including Started/Ended, Creation Time, Source, Priority, Machine, Hostname, User interaction, and Healing Agent status. All added columns are hidden by default.
• Side panels render on top of primary content instead of pushing it aside. They are resizable, keep the chosen width for the session, and leave the underlying grid or list interactive.
• For queue triggers on Maestro processes, Minimum number of items to trigger the first job and Another job is triggered after each are now fixed to 1.
• Automation Cloud Robots - Serverless in the United States delayed update (GxP) region support static IPs. Enable the option in your serverless robot template, then add the corresponding IPs to your allowlist.
• Automation Cloud Robots - Serverless in the Japan region now run redundantly across Japan East and Japan West, which adds outbound IP ranges you must allowlist if you restrict serverless robot traffic. Data residency is unchanged.

Solutions​

• The button for abandoning an in-progress deployment is renamed from Delete draft to Cancel. Its confirmation dialog now states that changes will be lost, and offers to save your progress as a draft instead of discarding it.

Test Manager​

• Performance Testing adds a Workflow Analyzer that scans an automation before a run starts and flags unsupported activities and Studio version or activity-package mismatches, so problems surface before robot minutes are spent.
• Capacity Planner runs a short series of safe load probes against your actual hardware and extrapolates a data-backed virtual-user recommendation, with guardrails that keep it within limits already proven safe on your infrastructure.
• Elastic Robot Pools generate load from your own Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud capacity instead of shared, multi-tenant infrastructure, scaling load injectors up and down as a test requires.
• When port 5671 is blocked, Performance Testing falls back to WebSocket communication over port 443, and then to API-based metric delivery, so metrics no longer depend on a new firewall rule.
• Robot logs are viewable and filterable, by load group and by severity, directly inside the Performance Testing results screen, alongside application logs.
• Every performance test run generates a dedicated report view for each stakeholder who acts on the result: Program Managers, Developers, InfraOps, and QA/Testers.
• GPT-4o is deprecated in Autopilot, with support ending October 31, 2026. Switch to a supported alternative model in your AI Trust Layer policy before then to avoid disruption to test generation, quality checks, and other Autopilot capabilities.

• Organization Administrators can now use the Check access API to retrieve effective access for a user, group, or external application across the organization, including tenant-level assignments from every active tenant.
• The API key for consumable license types, such as AI Units and Platform Units, is now hidden by default on the Consumables tab of the Licenses page. Organization Administrators, License Administrators, and License Viewers can unhide it.

Orchestrator​

• The job side panel header now links to the parent process, displaying process details in place of the job side panel.
• Triggers can be created in a disabled state, so you can complete configuration and testing before activating them. This applies to queue, event, and time triggers.
• A serverless machine provisioned with a tenant is now assigned automatically to the default modern folder, instead of requiring manual assignment.
• The job grid shown in a side panel hides the Type and User interaction filters, which do not apply in that context.
• Webhook secrets are no longer displayed in plain text in the interface, and are now hidden by default like other sensitive credential fields.
