How Delegate's usage allowance works, where to check your remaining capacity, and what happens when you reach your limit.

Delegate draws on an AI model to reason about your requests. Each session consumes capacity from a usage allowance set for your account: the more Delegate has to think through, plan, and act on a task, the more of that allowance it uses.

This allowance is the AI and Agentic usage pool, a monthly limit shared across UiPath AI and Agentic products, including Autopilot, Agent Development, ScreenPlay Development, Conversational Agents, and Autopilot for Everyone. Delegate shares its pool-sizing model and its no-fallback behavior with Autopilot specifically; for the license-tier sizing table, refer to Usage pool consumption for Autopilot, Delegate, and Cartographer. This allowance is monthly, and resets at the beginning of each month. Unused allowance does not carry over.

Delegate tells you directly, in the conversation, when you are close to your limit. You can also check it anytime under Settings → General:

Delegate notifies you as you approach your allowance limit. If your administrator has granted a top-up, Delegate continues drawing from it once the monthly allowance is spent. Delegate does not fall back to paid units: once both the monthly allowance and any top-up are spent, Delegate pauses until a top-up is granted or the monthly allowance resets.
