Data Service is currently transitioning to Data Fabric, a process during which you may see both names used for different delivery options.
File field type in Data Fabric / Data Service for attaching files to entity record fields, with a 10 MB size limit per file.
A File field is used to attach a file to a record field of an entity.
Important:
The maximum size of a single file cannot exceed 10 MB, otherwise unexpected behavior might occur.

Representation in UiPath® Studio
A file object named UiPath.DataService.Definition.EntityAttachment is returned on the record call with the following parameters:
- Name
- Path
- Size
- Type
A null object is returned if no file is present.
