Default Robot account

As part of the organization creation flow, a new robot account, Default Robot, is now automatically added to all newly created organizations.

The account is included in the Automation Users group and is provisioned in all tenants of the new organization. Within each tenant, it is assigned to the auto-created Shared Folder with the Automation User role.

This setup provides out-of-the-box Unattended automation support for new organizations and their tenants.

Introducing Autopilot chat

Autopilot is a framework designed to bring AI-driven support across UiPath products. It provides the foundation for natural language understanding, contextual assistance, and smart interactions. As the Autopilot framework evolves, its toolsets vary depending on the product, and the differences are intentional.

In Orchestrator, for example, Autopilot takes the form of an advanced search assistant. You can ask plain-language questions and receive accurate responses drawn directly from the official UiPath documentation or the web. You can quickly access setup steps, clarify concepts, or understand specific features.

While Autopilot purpose may vary in other parts of the platform, in Orchestrator, Autopilot remains focused on delivering relevant documentation-based answers through a conversational interface. For example, you can ask Autopilot:

  • "How do I debug an automation in Studio?"
  • "What's the best way to allocate licenses to my users?"
  • "Tell me the differences between attended and unattended automations."

Ask, discover, repeat with Autopilot chat.

Notification deduplication mechanism

To ensure more efficient communication and improve system resilience, we introduced a deduplication mechanism for specific notification topics. This mechanism limits redundant notifications for the following topics:
  • Queue.TransactionStatus.FailedWithApplicationException
  • Queue.TransactionStatus.FailedWithBusinessException
  • Robot.StatusChanged.Offline.Attended
  • Schedule.NoJobCreated
  • Schedule.MaxNumberOfJobsAlreadyExist

For more information, check the Notifications page.

Updated favicon

The favicon for UiPath® has been updated to reflect the latest UiPath logo, ensuring a consistent visual identity across browser tabs.
