IXP release notes
Improvements
- All pages within a project now include a project status indicator.
- You can now preview a document from the document table before deciding to validate it in the in-document view.
- We added page navigation to the in-document view, allowing you to jump to a specific page or move between pages using navigation arrows.
Bug fixes
- When editing the field instruction text in Manage taxonomy, the text was not highlighted as expected. The issue occurred while holding Shift and clicking to select the text within the instruction editing cell.
- A warning was incorrectly shown in validation while the validated models loaded.
- When you attempted to create taxonomy elements with names exceeding the character limit, an uninformative error message displayed.
Bug fixes
- After sorting documents by Error rate, the Validate predictions section in the Build tab no longer displayed the number of annotated documents.
- Quota notifications related to Unstructured and complex documents referenced Communications Mining instead.
- Attribution fallbacks caused a highlighting-related user experience (UX) issue in Validation Station.
Model configuration enhancement
The model configuration panel includes the new intelligent pre-processing options. For more details, check Configuring the model.
Improvements
- Prediction requests that exceed a token limit due to their size now display a warning in the annotation user interface.
- When the LLM Gateway denies requests due to an Automation Ops policy blocking the request, the platform returns empty predictions.
Introducing Unstructured and complex documents
The UiPath® IXP capability, Generative Extractions for Unstructured and complex documents, is generally available in the United States and Europe regions. It is also available in public preview in the Canada, Australia, and Japan regions.
The capability uses Generative Extraction to process complex, unstructured documents, making it ideal for advanced document processing scenarios where data is not consistently formatted or has complex elements such as multiple tables, freeform text, or graphics.
For more details on this capability, visit the Unstructured and complex documents guide.
How to navigate the docs
With the release of UiPath® IXP, we have also relocated the Communications Mining guides under the IXP product to maintain consistency and enhance the user experience.
- IXP release notes, which are split into Communications Mining, Unstructured and complex documents, and IXP, when the release notes apply to all capabilities.
- IXP overview, which contains information applicable to all capabilities, such as access control and licensing.
- Communications Mining user guide, which also includes the Communications Mining developer guide.
- Unstructured and complex documents user guide.
