Bug fixes and improvements​

• Fixed a service startup issue that could trigger DirectoryNotFound errors in some environments.
• Fixed a workflow persistence compatibility issue that could prevent persisted workflows from resuming after upgrading Robot versions.
• Fixed a sign-in issue where entering an invalid organization name could result in an incorrect service URL.
• Improved sign-in reliability by preventing concurrent authentication sessions from invalidating token refresh.
