Consuming published projects
Make sure you meet the following requirements to consume a published project:
Option 1
- The IOCR package version 6.23.2-preview or newer.
- The Document Understanding Project Extractor activity.
- A tenant with Unstructured and complex documents enabled.
Option 2
- The Document Understanding v2.13.2-preview package or newer.
- The Extract Document Data activity.
- A tenant with the Unstructured and complex documents enabled
To consume a published project, follow these steps for a walkthrough of Option 1 outlined earlier:
- Connect to Studio.
- Update the taxonomy in Taxonomy
Manager.
- Create fields that are tables, which represent the field groups in your taxonomy.
- Create columns in those tables that represent the fields in each field group.

- Use the Document Understanding Project
Extractor activity.
Note: Make sure Studio is connected to the same organization and tenant where the Generative Extraction project model is published.Figure 2. The Document Understanding Project Extractor activity
- Map your taxonomy fields to the fields the Generative Extraction project model supports, for example, in the same way it is done with the Configure Extractors wizard.

Extractors feature
To consume cross-organisation, cross-tenant, or hybrid projects, proceed as follows:
- Create an external application in the Automation Cloud Admin page. For more details, check Adding an external application.
- Copy the App ID and App Secret, which is the password.
- Create the Orchestrator asset credential.
- Add the credentials to the Configure
Extractors wizard.
