IXP release notes

We have simplified the header to create a cleaner, more intuitive user experience. All IXP-specific functionalities are now grouped together within the IXP sub-header. These functionalities include the dataset and project selectors, and access to Administration when you are in a dataset or project.

Previously, if you lacked access to any IXP projects, the system would redirect you to the My Account page in Administration until you gained access to at least one project. Now, you land on the IXP homepage and are notified in the dataset or project tables if you lack permissions for Communications Mining or Unstructured and Complex Documents, along with guidance on how to request access.
