Clipboard AI User Guide
The Clipboard AI toolbar allows several operations, such as:

Capturing the active window or application

Capturing a custom region anywhere on your displays

Closing the toolbar, without quitting Clipboard AI

Clipboard AI detects the application in the active screen. Consequently, the copy option renames to:

Copy Window, when the active application is a browser or an application window, different from a document or a table.

Copy Document, when the active application is a document file, such as PDF , Word, PowerPoint, or Notepad. Copies entire document.

Copy Table Cells, when the active application is a table file, such as Excel of GoogleSheets. Copies only selected cells.
To preview the active screen, hover over this option. Once you copy the window, document, or table cells, the data is processed and the toolbar is updated with the most recent copy. This copy becomes available in the clipboard history.
To capture a custom region, select the Copy Region option. Make a selection anywhere on your display. Once you copy the region, the data is processed and the toolbar is updated with the most recent copy. This copy becomes available in the clipboard history. This option is useful when you want to copy a specific piece of information from the screen.

This area on the toolbar displays the 10 most recent captures, with the timestamps indicating when they were taken. Hovering over a capture displays a preview.
Select the desired data before pasting it further.
Before pasting data, you need to activate the application or browser window where you want to paste it.
Select the Paste option to paste the most recent captured data in the application. To paste a capture made capture, first select it from the clipboard history, then Paste.
The paste operation opens the data mapper, that allows you to validate and edit the source data fields to the destination. Once you are happy with the mapping, select Paste data in the data mapper.
On the toolbar, select the Options menu, which displays the user who is logged in Assistant, and other Settings options. Selecting any option opens the Settings window.
