将请求转发给活跃的 HashiCorp 保险库节点

我们添加了一个配置选项，用于在 HashiCorp 保险库设置出现一致性问题时将请求转发给活动节点。

要启用此行为，请将以下键添加到 Orchestrator 配置中：

这样可以确保为发送到 HashiCorp Vault 凭据存储区的所有请求设置X-Vault-Forward: active-node标头。

We have fixed an issue where the Resource Catalog service generated excessive warning records in Event viewer.
