IXP release notes
This section contains all changes to Communications Mining, including new features, enhancements, and bug fixes delivered in each release.
Deployment model
IXP follows a continuous deployment model, where most fixes and enhancements are released to all production regions at the same time. However, availability can still vary based on your licensing plan and whether your organization is on the delayed update cadence.
Region-limited features
Some features depend on regional capacity and are not available in every region at launch.
The process of announcing a feature is as follows:
- We announce a feature in the release notes and link to the feature page where you can find more details, including the regions where it is available in.
- When the feature becomes available in additional regions, we update the corresponding feature page in the IXP guide.
- If you cannot find a feature in your tenant, this means that it is not available in your region yet.
First-available date
The date in the release notes is the first availability date.
- Features available in all regions will become visible, depending on your licensing plan and update cadence.
- Region-limited features will become available only when your region is mentioned on the corresponding feature page.
Delayed update organizations
The time it takes for changes to reach a delayed update organization in your chosen hosting region can be slightly more than 14 days, depending on when deployment completes across all regions.
The delayed update option is currently available in the United States and Europe hosting regions.
